Chic, Seamless Simplicity for a Modern, Connected Kitchen

Less is more was the approach when it came to designing this beautiful kitchen for a busy client of renowned interior designer Rachel Laxer Interiors.

As a modern, high contrast look, the charcoal cabinetry and crisp white worksurfaces offer a softer alternative to black and white. Subtle details such as the worksurface veining, and dark on dark knurled handles, offer just a touch of excitement. The smooth, slim surround to the Stanton Shaker doors exude a modern understated feel, whilst two simplistic exposed shelves hold just a few personal treasures to bring character to the design.

But the perfect ingredient to zone the edge of this otherwise galley kitchen is the neat, L-shaped peninsula - connecting it to the dining space with a couple of bar stools and a warm woody touch.
